Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Some products are fulfilled by our trusted partners (Dripshipper for coffee, Printify for merchandise) to ensure the freshest roasts and highest quality products reach you quickly.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and product type. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic (USA): 3-7 business days after processing
- International: 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—watch for announcements!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or in your order confirmation.
Multiple Items & Split Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may ship separately from different fulfillment locations to ensure freshness and faster delivery. You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Shipments

International Orders
